The Ripple You Don't See
When you begin clearing what does not belong, the effects move outward in ways you cannot fully measure. Your home begins to feel different. The air changes. The food on the table carries more intention. A child grows up watching care become normal. A friend notices something softer in you. And your body, once ignored, begins speaking in a voice you can actually hear. Healing moves quietly through families, through kitchens, through nervous systems, and through conversations women once did not feel permitted to have. You were never the only one searching — and you do not have to be the last one to find your way through.
