Golden Broth Latte

A warming alternative to coffee that supports the nervous system rather than taxing it. Anti-inflammatory, mineral-rich, and genuinely satisfying. On mornings when coffee feels like too much, this is the answer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Sacred Bone Broth, warm

  • 1 teaspoon grass-fed ghee or coconut oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • A small pinch of black pepper (activates curcumin in turmeric)

  • A pinch of Saltverk

  • Optional: a small amount of raw local honey

METHOD

1.  Warm the bone broth gently — do not boil.

2.  Add ghee, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and salt.

3.  Blend with an immersion blender or in a blender for 30 seconds until frothy. Pour and drink immediately.
