INGREDIENTS
1 cup Sacred Bone Broth, warm
1 teaspoon grass-fed ghee or coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
A small pinch of black pepper (activates curcumin in turmeric)
A pinch of Saltverk
Optional: a small amount of raw local honey
METHOD
1. Warm the bone broth gently — do not boil.
2. Add ghee, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
3. Blend with an immersion blender or in a blender for 30 seconds until frothy. Pour and drink immediately.
