Built around protein, fat, and mineral content rather than sweetness. Hemp seeds add complete plant protein, omega-3s, and magnesium. This fills the body, not just the stomach.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup full-fat coconut milk or organic whole milk
1 serving Organised collagen protein
2 tablespoons hemp seeds — complete protein, omega-3s, magnesium
1 tablespoon grass-fed ghee or almond butter
1/2 frozen banana
A small handful of organic frozen wild blueberries
1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon maca powder (optional — supportive for hormonal balance)
A pinch of Saltverk
Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds for added fiber
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth.
3. Drink immediately or store in a glass jar for up to 8 hours.
On hemp seeds: Hemp seeds provide all nine essential amino acids, making them a complete protein — rare in the plant world. They are also rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 that supports hormone regulation, and are one of the better food sources of magnesium.
