The Daily Standard
The rhythm I keep when no one is looking.
START HERE · #ONTHEDAILY
The actual one. What I drink, take, wear, walk past. The night-before moves. The small treats. The standard that holds whether or not anyone is watching.
Morning
Up at 6. The day is mine before anyone else's.
- Room-temperature water on the nightstand. A pinch of Saltverk takes the work out of rehydration.
- Coffee timed for me the night before — small kindnesses to myself in advance.
- Three dogs out. A candle. Prayer or five minutes of breathwork before the first sip.
- Thirty quiet minutes on whatever is on my mind. Then up to wake my daughter.
- Seeking Health Adeno B + Folinic Acid lozenge.
- Tripulse leggings. CrossFit, yoga, or a long walk to start the day.
- Dry brush after. Then sauna.
- A quick face — gua sha, tinted moisturizer with mineral sunblock, Thrive mascara. No nail polish, ever.
- Three-hour work block with the Therasage PEMF mat on my seat — mental sharpness setting. No phone. No notifications.
Midday
The work block ends. The day softens.
- Lunch from last night's table — leftover salmon, an omelet, or a cup of broth.
- Water from the SimPure RO system. Remineralized, on the counter all day.
- More work, then pick up my daughter.
- Tennis with her, or a nap. Sometimes both.
Evening
The home gets reset, gently.
- Attitude all-purpose for surfaces. Blueland in the wash. Fragrance-free, never softeners.
- Family dinner, always seated. A glass of wine, fifty percent of the time.
- A walk with the dogs.
- Therasage on Schumann resonance while I read or watch — a quiet electrical reset.
Night
Wind-down is its own discipline.
- Mouth + Microbiome Care. Beauty routine — short, no actives asking the skin to perform.
- Jaspr air purifier on in every room.
- Wi-Fi off at night. Phone on airplane mode, or in another room entirely.
- Silk or organic cotton pajamas. An organic mattress and a pillow worth the third of my life I spend on them.
This is mine. Find yours.
